I. Accountability

V. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
We will only use or disclose for purposes for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required by law. Personal information shall be retained only as long as necessary for fulfillment of these purposes or subsequent life or corporate events.

Should you require your personal information, please notify us in writing (contact@youreventsetc.com) and we will provide all information we have about you on file.
Information no longer required will be destroyed, erased or made anonymous. Reasonable retention periods will be maintained for use of your information.

VI. Accuracy
Your personal information will be as accurate, complete, and as up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used, using reasonable measures and upon notification by you.

VII. Safeguards
Your personal information is protected against loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification until it is delivered to you for personal distribution.
